Use Bourbon vanilla pods instead of synthetic vanilla flavor

By cooking or baking with vanilla pods in cream, cake or other dishes you get a delicious vanilla flavor. This is much healthier and more aromatic than adding synthetic vanilla.



Usage of Bourbon vanilla beans

- You can cut vanilla pods and extract the marrow out to blend in your cuisine. This marrow is extra concentrated and thus gets the dish even more vanilla taste and smell.
- You can also cook with it the whole vanilla pods in your dish. The vanilla pods will give flavour and aroma. After that, you do need to remove the vanilla pod from the dish.
- Bourbon vanilla pods are so powerful and tasteful that you can use them several times. Rinse the vanilla pods after use and allow to dry.
