Carraga E407a (semi-refined kappa-carrageenan) is a complex mixture of natural polysaccharide, extracted from seaweed (Chrondrus crispus, Gigartina stellata, Euchema spinosum, E. cottonii). Carraga E407a contains a large percentage of cellulose.

Properties:
- gelling agent and water binding agent for meat products.
- can be dissolved in the brine solution before the salt is dissolved, but solution is facilitated with the addition of the product after
the salt is dissolved.
- Is specially developed for multi-injection with a needle and there will be no obstruction of filters and needles

Use:
0.3 to 0.6% per kilogram end weight.
