If you selected Advance payment we will send you a confirmation email of the receipt of your payment after 1 to 3 working days.
As soon as Natural Spices ships your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation with Track & Trace. This enables you to easily follow your order via the PostNL website .

Your order is already under way? You can actively refuse the order. You simply tell the postman that you don't want to accept the parcel. After the parcel has been returned to us, we will contact you to work out a solution.
Cancelling or actively refusing an order is free of charge. Once you have accepted the parcel from the postman, any return costs are for your own expense.
