Our Thai Green Curry spice mix is suitable for making a delicious light spicy Thai Green Curry. But it tastes also delicious in a vegetarian curry. The name 'Green Curry' is derived from the colour of the herb mix. Thai Green Curry is usually not as hot as the Red Curry and generally has a sweeter taste. Our Thai Green Curry is a dry green herb mix with which you can easily make a pasta. Mix it with water, oil or fish sauce untill the desired viscosity is achieved. For a more traditional Thai flavour, the water can be completely replaced by fish sauce or in combination with shrimp paste (about 1 tablespoon of shrimp paste on 2 to 3 tablespoons of spice mix).
